ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to artists anywhere in the world. Artists do not need to be members of MyArtworkSpace.com to compete. Only original artwork conceived and created by the entrant, will be considered. Employees of myartworkspace.com, Inc., and their immediate families, are not eligible.

PREPARING YOUR ENTRY 

Online Entries: When preparing your entry please one image per piece of artwork 3 pieces of artwork per entry, one entry per person.  All entries must be digital files accompanied by an Official Entry Form. Image files cannot exceed 500KB or a height or width greater than 800 pixels. The file format must be JPEG.

Mail Entries:  When preparing your entry please one image per piece of artwork 3 pieces of artwork per entry, one entry per person. You may mail in your entry in any form; slides, prints, CD, etc.  Entries must be accompanied by an official entry form. Please mail all your artwork images, official entry form and summation fee in one envelope. All entries in digital form must be digital files accompanied by an Official Entry Form. Image files cannot exceed 500KB or a height or width greater than 800 pixels. The file format must be JPEG. Artwork images or CDs should be labeled individually and legibly. Each piece of artwork must include the following information: the artwork's title and dimensions and your name and phone number. Improperly marked images will be disqualified.

Fees and Payment: A $20 check or money order for the required summation fee must accompany your entry. Or you may enter online using a credit card. There will be a $10 charge for all returned checks. Credit cards will be charged within 90 days of contest deadline.

Materials: slides, images, and CDs will not be returned (so have a duplicate made for your own files). Myartworkspace.com will not be responsible for the loss, damage or return of any images or CDs submitted to the competition.

DEADLINE
All entries must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2010*

JUDGING
Entries will be prejudged and then finalists will be chosen by Myartworkspace’s staff. Award winners will be selected by the jurors. All properly prepared entries will be viewed and judged. The decision of the jurors is final.

NOTIFICATION
All winners will be notified by * February 15th, 2010. The results will not otherwise be made public until they are published on myartworkspace.com . Non-winning entrants will not be individually notified of the results. Your cancelled check or credit-card charge will be notification for receipt of your entry.
